Bring your kid to our Kids X – Training classes that are based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and Intensity. Kids X – Training emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. The skills they learn are more detailed and may involve light weights. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, speed and agility, rowing, and stretching. These classes will not only prepare your kids physically but mentally as well teaching them discipline and leadership skills..
