MC Cross Training is all about training

Making it a part of your daily lifestyle, as well as creating and maintaining an optimistic state of mind. MC Cross Training offers the ultimate Boot Camp and Cross Training resources to help you achieve your fitness goals. In addition to a full array of cardio and free weights training equipment. Our Cross-Training classes are an alternative between high and low intensity cardio drills, plyometrics, athletic drills, and strength exercises!  It has great benefits:  you reduce the risk of injury by spreading the cumulative level of orthopedic stress over muscles and joints; engage in a continuous weight loss exercise program that enables them to safely burn a significant number of calories; improve overall fitness since Cross training can include activities that develop muscular fitness, as well as aerobic conditioning; and last but not least, Cross Training is safe and relatively easy that you will never get bored of the variety of this exercise program.  Cross Training can offer you a refreshing physical and mental challenge. We offer adults Cross Training and Kids X-Training (young and kids). So what are you waiting for? Get out there and gives something new a try! A must for all! 

Circuit Training

Join our circuit training classes that target body conditioning, endurance training and resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. These classes are fast-paced in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. The goal of circuit training is to accumulate lactic acid and release growth hormone in the body. You can expect to see increases in work capacity and muscular endurance and at the same time burn a large amount of body fat.

Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp classes are exercises that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, ours is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. My name is Jose M. Lorenzo with over 17 years of experience in the fitness world I have helped men and woman create the body they yearned for by developing individualized training programs and encouraging good nutritional habits. I also use my passion for fitness to motivate all my clients to accomplish their goals and maintain a positive self image. These goals include weight loss, improving general strength and conditioning or targeted fitness training. I do this by developing and implementing a rigorous fitness plan which when combined with motivational techniques and dietary advice clients achieve maximum results. I have obtained by extensive knowledge over numerous amount of years working with clients, other personal trainers and nutritionist from all over Miami.

Daniela Gomez-Rosas

Zumba Instructor
I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Miami in 2010 when I had just turned 12 years old. I’m the Zumba instructor at MC Cross Training. I was introduced to the world of dance at the age of 7 and immediately fell in love after my first class. Ever since then I’ve been trained is styles like ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, ballroom and hiphop. In November of 2014 I got Zumba certified and thanks to Zumba I found a way to share my passion with others. During my Zumba classes my goal is for my students to have that one hour to themselves to just have fun and relax all while staying healthy and in shape. I have currently been teaching Zumba for about 3 years and knowing that I’m helping make a difference in someone’s life through dance, even if it’s just for an hour, is one of the most gratifying things for me.

Pedro Sanchez-Muñoz

Strength and Conditioning Coach
What’s up, my name is Pedro Sanchez-Muñoz and I’m a strength coach and personal trainer at MC Crosstraining. I graduated from Florida International University in 2014, which is when I started my journey into the field of strength and strength and conditioning. I’ve played sports and have been active all of my life; mostly soccer, football, and martial arts, so it was only right that I ventured into the field that I was most passionate about. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), which means that my training is specifically geared to what athletes or general fitness clientele need or want, while using basic science and studies to help you throughout your journey. I believe in my training because it works. I take pride in the fact that I can give someone very simple, yet specific exercises and get positive results from them. My philosophy is “Make Moves. Not Excuses” because at the end of the day excuses will always be there for you, opportunities won’t.
